Mausoleums & Crypts

Single, Double & Triple, Family, Community or Church

Classic in their form, mausoleums provide families with the option of using above ground internments for their loved ones. For those families that prefer above ground disposition, mausoleums provide an excellent tribute to the family as well as each individual being memorialized. As with memorials, there are a variety of granite colors to choose from when designing your mausoleum.

Our design and engineering team will work with you each step of the way to ensure that your needs and feelings are considered and addressed throughout the entire process. Please inquire directly with the Searcy Monument Co. sales staff or representative when considering a mausoleum for your family.

Mausoleums can be a building with stained glass windows and a bronze door (called a walk in mausoleum or family mausoleum), or they can also be a smaller above ground building that has no windows or doors (called a crypt) where the person is entombed. There is also a smaller version of a crypt, used for cremations. This is called a columbarium.

Community of Church Garden Mausoleum

The 64 crypt garden mausoleum shown in the gallery above is 8 crypts wide by 4 crypts high with single depth spaces loading two sides. This mausoleum is ideal for use in a cemetery or on church premises.

The Setting of a Mausoleum

To begin the process the foundation is dug and prepared for reinforcement rod.
The reinforcement rod is then installed and ready for concrete.
Once the foundation is complete the mausoleum is ready to be set in place.

Due to the weight of the structure the mausoleum is carefully placed on the concrete foundation with the help of a crane.

The Process Completed

A privacy partition is provided with each mausoleum.
The color, shape and size of a mausoleum determines the price.
Door color is optional.
